Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:
- At least a
Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Information Technology,
Information System, Statistics, or other related fields.
- Proficient in
office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace) and
basic office equipment.
- Ability to
handle clerical, administrative, and financial-related tasks with accuracy
and confidentiality.
- With
experience in administrative or technical work in a research
project (e.g., handling project
documentation, financial reporting, or logistical support).
- With a
background in programming and data management (e.g., R, Python, or similar statistical/data
analysis software).
- Prepare,
organize, and maintain project documents and records, as well as databases
related to the project.
- Manage
correspondence (including emails, phone calls, and letters), and handle
office supplies and equipment for the project team.
- Schedule
meetings, workshops, and training sessions for the project team, and
coordinate with stakeholders (partners, suppliers, and
beneficiaries).
- Assist in
preparing project proposals, presentations, and reports, and ensure
deadlines and deliverables are met by tracking progress.
- Help process
financial transactions (e.g., purchase orders, reimbursements) and assist
in procurement procedures (quotations, purchase requests, inventory
tracking).
- Arrange
travel, accommodations, and logistics for project staff and coordinate
venue reservations and catering for project events.
- Ensure
compliance with project policies and guidelines and maintain organized
filing systems (both physical and digital).
